What we collect

Account data (name, email, country), designer profile content you choose to publish, order and payout records, messages and attachments, and basic technical logs used to keep the service secure.

We never store raw payment card numbers. Card data is handled by the payment provider you pay through.

How we use it

To deliver purchases, process payouts, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and send transactional notifications about your orders.

Marketing email is opt-in and can be turned off in your notification settings at any time.

Who can see your data

Buyers and designers see each other's name, profile and messages for orders they share. Private files are only accessible to the customer who purchased them.

We share data with infrastructure, payment and email providers strictly to operate the service, and with authorities where legally required.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Some records (invoices, payout history) are retained where law requires.
