Refund Policy

Digital downloads

Because files are delivered immediately, downloads are generally non-refundable. We do refund when a file is corrupt, materially different from its preview, missing advertised formats, or duplicated on your account.

Request a refund within 14 days of purchase from the order page and include what went wrong.

Custom design orders

Funds are held until you accept the delivery. If a designer misses the agreed deadline or does not deliver the accepted scope, you can request cancellation and a full refund.

Once work has been accepted and marked complete, refunds are limited to cases of proven infringement or misrepresentation.

Chargebacks and abuse

Repeatedly requesting refunds after downloading files, or filing chargebacks instead of using the dispute process, may result in account suspension.
